Sales & Account Manager

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Sales & Account Manager to join our fast‑growing digital marketing business. You will be the first point of contact for inbound enquiries, guiding prospects from initial contact through to contract signing and ongoing account management.

Key responsibilities

• Manage warm inbound enquiries from first contact through to close.
• Conduct consultative discovery calls to qualify and convert new business.
• Lead client kickoff meetings and ensure a smooth transition into delivery.
• Build trusted client relationships and identify opportunities for long‑term growth.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
• Provide market feedback to improve sales processes and lead conversion.

Required profile

• Proven success in a consultative sales or business development role.
• Experience running discovery calls and closing new business.
• Strong objection handling and negotiation abilities.
• Outstanding communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Highly organised with a proactive, target‑driven approach.
