Sales Account Manager – Warm Inbound Leads

About the role

This is a warm, inbound‑led B2B sales position where you will manage a portfolio of trade clients, turning qualified enquiries into long‑term, profitable relationships. The role is based onsite in Twyford and offers a clear progression path with significant earning potential.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound, warm enquiries from B2B trade customers.
• Convert qualified opportunities into revenue and margin.
• Build and grow a personal portfolio of accounts.
• Identify repeat business and upsell opportunities.
• Maintain accurate pipeline management using the CRM system.
• Deliver a consultative, relationship‑focused sales approach.

Required profile

• Experience in a target‑driven B2B environment such as account management, business development, sales executive, recruitment, estate agency, insurance or inside sales.
• Commercially aware and margin‑focused.
• Confident managing multiple accounts.
• Motivated by high earning potential and structured pipeline management.
• Ambitious, relationship‑driven and comfortable working autonomously.

Required skills

• Basic salary up to £40,000 (DOE) with uncapped commission.
• Realistic OTE of £60,000 in Year 1, £72,000 in Year 2, £88,000+ in Year 3.
