Sales Administration Manager – Maternity Cover

About the role

We are looking for a Sales Administration Manager to cover a 16‑month maternity leave. The role will lead the sales administration function, supporting trade customers and ensuring smooth order processing within a creative organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and prioritise the workload of the administration and customer service team.
• Oversee trade customer onboarding, account set‑up and ongoing support.
• Process orders across multiple channels and resolve related issues.
• Serve as the main point of contact for trade customers.
• Maintain pricing records and manage key account data.
• Support international sales activities and coordinate trade‑show administration.

Required profile

• Exceptional organisational skills with strong attention to detail.
• Proven experience in sales administration and team supervision.
• Proactive, solutions‑focused attitude and excellent communication abilities.
