About the role

We are seeking an experienced Sales Administration Team Leader to head the Internal Technical Sales Administration function for a leading manufacturing business in East Lancashire. You will guide a motivated team of six, ensuring accurate, tailored quotations and high‑quality customer service throughout the sales cycle.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of six sales administration professionals.
• Produce precise, comprehensive quotations and bills of materials for customer enquiries.
• Manage daily workflow, prioritise workloads and monitor performance against KPIs.
• Provide regular feedback, performance reviews and identify continuous‑improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate closely with the Senior Leadership Team to align sales support with business objectives.

• Proven experience leading a customer‑focused sales administration or technical sales support team.
• Technical aptitude with the ability to understand product specifications.
