Sales Administrator – 12‑Month Fixed‑Term (Hybrid)

About the role

An exciting 12‑month fixed‑term opportunity for a highly organised Sales Administrator in Southwest London. The role is hybrid, requiring two days per week in the office, and supports a busy sales team within a fast‑growing consumer‑brand business.

Key responsibilities

• Manage weekly EPOS (Electronic Point of Sale) reporting, ensuring data accuracy and timeliness.
• Support coordination and execution of promotional activity across retail clients.
• Submit promotional plans to customers, verifying alignment with internal processes.
• Maintain promotional activity and customer records within ERP systems.
• Raise Purchase Orders (POs) and Goods Received Notes (GRNs).
• Assist daily sales operations and liaise with internal teams.

Required profile

• Previous experience in sales support, administration, retail or property support.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Comfortable working with data and building relationships across teams.
