Sales Administrator Apprentice

About the role

This apprenticeship offers an exciting entry point into a fast‑growing sales environment. You will support the Sales and Operations teams in a dynamic company operating across the UK and Europe, ensuring smooth day‑to‑day operations.

Key responsibilities

• Provide general administrative support to sales and operations teams, handling calls, emails and correspondence.
• Maintain accurate electronic and paper filing systems and prepare reports, documents and spreadsheets.
• Liaise with clients, site managers, engineers and cleaning operatives, logging and tracking service requests.
• Support health & safety record‑keeping, including COSHH and risk assessments.
• Act as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.

Required profile

• Educated to A‑Level or equivalent.
• Strong organisational and time‑management abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Professional, reliable and discreet with confidential information.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook.
