About the role
We are seeking a motivated Sales Administrator to join our Porsche Centre in Silverstone. In this role you will provide essential administrative support to the sales team, ensuring smooth operations and high‑quality customer service.
Key responsibilities
- Assist the sales team with file auditing, trade transfers and various ad‑hoc tasks.
- Liaise with the dealership accountant, sales department and management to coordinate paperwork.
- Handle incoming customer enquiries promptly and professionally.
- Maintain accurate records and support the sales process from start to finish.
- Work flexible patterns, including occasional weekends, to meet customer service standards.
Required profile
- Previous experience as a Sales Administrator (minimum requirement).
- Strong organisational abilities and keen attention to detail.
- Commitment to delivering excellent customer service in a fast‑paced environment.
- Confidence and willingness to go the extra mile.
Required skills
- Proficient IT skills.
