Sales Administrator – Client Relationship & Pipeline Management

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Sales Administrator to join our dynamic team in Fleet. The successful candidate will act as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of clients, ensuring smooth end‑to‑end service and supporting business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the main contact for assigned clients, delivering professional care throughout the sales cycle.
• Coordinate new business opportunities and maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
• Prepare proposals, quotes and other commercial documentation.
• Manage the sales pipeline, driving conversion and meeting targets.
• Support business development by identifying and qualifying leads.
• Continuously develop product and industry knowledge to share with clients and colleagues.

Required profile

• Strong communication and relationship‑building abilities.
• Experience in a sales or business development environment.
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Ability to manage priorities and collaborate across teams.
