Sales Administrator – Customer Excellence Associate

About the role

This office‑based position blends pre‑order and post‑order customer service to enhance the overall customer experience. You will support a global technical products manufacturer by processing orders, handling enquiries and maintaining high‑quality administrative standards.

Key responsibilities

• Process customer quotations and orders accurately and efficiently.
• Manage a high volume of enquiries via telephone, email and online platforms.
• Provide updates on order status, deliveries and product availability.
• Create and maintain customer account information in internal systems.
• Prepare and issue pro‑forma invoices, shipping and export documentation.
• Coordinate with internal departments, warehouse and logistics to source products and ensure correct dispatch.
• Handle returns, feedback cases, credits and re‑invoicing requests.
• Support field sales teams and international offices with quotations and enquiries.
• Maintain compliance with company procedures, quality standards and international trade requirements.
