Sales Administrator – E‑commerce (Outdoor Living)

About the role

This position combines telephone sales with high‑level customer service for an online retailer specialising in outdoor living and home furnishings. You will support customers throughout the sales journey and identify opportunities to increase revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Handle customer enquiries via telephone and email.
• Process quotations, orders and invoices.
• Provide after‑sales support and nurture customer relationships.
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
• Liaise with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment.
• Assist with sales reporting and marketing initiatives.

Required profile

• Previous telephone sales and customer service experience in an e‑commerce environment.
• Excellent communication and customer‑service skills.
• Confident using CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
• Organised, proactive and target‑driven.
