Sales Administrator – Fixed-Term (5 months) – £27k‑£28k

About the role

This 5‑month fixed‑term position supports a busy sales office in Coulsdon within the manufacturing supplies sector. You will work on‑site in a collaborative environment, handling a variety of administrative tasks that keep the sales process running smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Handle customer enquiries and deliver exceptional service.
• Process orders, prepare quotations and raise supplier purchase orders.
• Provide occasional support to the accounts team.
• Maintain accurate product specifications and customer pricing information.
• Carry out general office administration duties and support the wider team during periods of growth.

Required profile

• Highly computer literate with strong administrative abilities.
• Organised, proactive and able to juggle multiple priorities.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment with excellent attention to detail.
• Confident communicator who enjoys teamwork.
• Experience with Microsoft Business Central is advantageous but not essential.
