Sales Administrator

About the role

We are seeking a highly organised Sales Administrator to join our small, dedicated team at a global leading manufacturer of audio products in Kidlington. You will be the first point of contact for customers and distributors, ensuring orders are processed accurately and delivered on time.

Key responsibilities

• Process sales orders efficiently and handle returns accurately.
• Maintain and update the customer database.
• Provide administrative support to sales, service and logistics teams.
• Act as first‑line support for customer enquiries via phone and email.
• Liaise daily with internal teams to guarantee smooth order fulfilment.
• Deliver first‑class customer service throughout the order lifecycle.
• Occasionally assist the shipping team with picking and packing.

Required profile

• Experience in international trade and export.
• Familiarity with ERP/MRP systems.
• Confident communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong customer‑service orientation over phone and email.
• Self‑starter able to prioritise workload.
• Highly organised with meticulous attention to detail.
• Adaptable in a changing environment.
• Excellent computer proficiency.

• Salary between £26,000 and £29,000 per year.
