About the role

We are looking for a proactive Sales Administrator to join our client’s Glasgow office. In this full‑time, office‑based role you will be the main point of contact for a portfolio of clients, handling enquiries from start to finish and ensuring a high‑quality service.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary contact, building trusted relationships with clients.
• Manage queries from initial contact through to timely, professional resolution.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to keep processes running smoothly.
• Provide clear updates and manage client expectations confidently.
• Maintain accurate records and support overall team performance.
• Navigate multiple systems and portals efficiently to process queries.

Required profile

• Previous experience in customer service or a client‑facing administrative role.
• Strong communication skills with a confident, professional approach.
• Highly organised with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
• Proactive, solutions‑focused mindset.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, structured environment.
