Sales Administrator

About the role

As a Sales Administrator you will be at the heart of the order‑to‑cash process, ensuring that customer orders are captured, processed and fulfilled accurately and on time. Working from our Swindon office in a hybrid model, you will support the sales team and collaborate with finance and customer service to deliver a seamless experience.

Key responsibilities

• Enter and manage customer orders from multiple channels into NetSuite.
• Coordinate the provisioning of digital products on the relevant platforms.
• Work closely with Sales, Accounts Receivable, Retention and Customer Services to resolve order issues.
• Monitor order status and ensure timely invoicing and delivery.
• Identify and suggest process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
• Support project‑based initiatives within the Order Services function.

Required profile

• Experience in order processing, sales support or an administrative role.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Comfortable working both independently and as part of a collaborative team.

Required skills

• Proficiency with NetSuite or similar ERP systems.
