Sales Administrator

About the role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Sales Administrator to join a friendly, fast‑paced, focused sales support team. This varied role ensures customers receive outstanding service while supporting the wider sales team with enquiries, quotations and account administration, managing a busy shared inbox and coordinating product samples.

Key responsibilities

• Respond promptly and professionally to customer enquiries
• Prepare accurate quotations and follow up to secure orders
• Manage smaller customer accounts and sales enquiries
• Liaise with customers regarding quotations, revisions and product information
• Coordinate and dispatch product samples
• Liaise with and build relationships with suppliers to secure the best products
• Support the sales team with presentations and administrative tasks
• Manage and prioritise emails within a shared inbox
• Provide holiday cover across the sales team

Required profile

• Previous experience as a Sales Administrator or similar
• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
• Able to prioritise multiple tasks in a busy environment
• Confident communicator with strong written and verbal skills
• Customer‑focused with a proactive, positive attitude
• Keen to learn new products and systems (full training provided)
