This Sales Administrator position in Liverpool ensures smooth operations by processing orders, handling customer queries, and maintaining accurate records.

Key responsibilities

• Process customer orders and ensure accurate data entry.
• Handle customer queries via phone and email, providing timely responses.
• Update and maintain customer records in the system.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment.
• Prepare and manage documentation related to sales and deliveries.
• Monitor stock levels and inform relevant teams of any shortages.
• Support the sales team with administrative tasks as needed.
• Generate reports to assist with sales tracking and performance.

Required profile

• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Experience in customer service or sales administration.
• Experience with SAP would be advantageous.
• Proficiency in using office software, including spreadsheets and databases.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
