About the role
We are seeking a motivated Sales Administrator to join our growing engineering solutions business in Aylesbury. This full‑time, office‑based position offers a supportive environment with training, healthcare and a range of company benefits.
Key responsibilities
- Provide day‑to‑day administrative support to the sales team and Business Development Manager.
- Liaise with suppliers, process sales documents and maintain accurate records.
- Assist with preparing quotations, contracts and follow‑up communications.
- Handle general office duties, including filing, data entry and correspondence.
Required profile
- Previous experience in sales or administrative support.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a tight‑knit team.
- Commute to Aylesbury and be available Monday‑Friday, 8:30 am‑4:30 pm.
