Sales Adviser – Insurance

About the role

Join one of the UK’s leading life insurance brokers as a Sales Adviser. You will work from our Leeds city‑centre office, helping existing customers protect what matters most while earning a competitive salary and uncapped commission.

Key responsibilities

• Speak with existing customers and provide tailored protection advice (no cold calling).
• Explain life, critical illness and income protection options clearly.
• Manage a portfolio of clients at different stages of the sales process.
• Collaborate with a supportive team of 120+ advisers across the UK.

Required profile

• Proven track record in target‑driven or commercially focused sales roles.
• Confident, self‑motivated and resilient with strong rapport‑building abilities.
• Ambitious and focused on long‑term career progression.
• Experience in an office‑based sales environment.
