Sales Advisor Apprenticeship – Uncapped Commission

About the role

Join EE as a Sales Advisor Apprentice and start a career in telecom sales. You’ll work in a busy call‑centre, speaking with customers to understand their needs and recommend the right EE products and services.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls and engage customers with a friendly, professional tone.
• Identify customer requirements and suggest suitable mobile, broadband, and smart‑home solutions.
• Meet sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.
• Complete a 15‑month NVQ Level 2 in Customer Service, including a dedicated study day each week.
• Collaborate with a college tutor and receive coaching to develop sales and communication skills.

Required profile

• No prior experience required – a positive attitude and willingness to learn are essential.
• Clear, confident speaking voice and strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build relationships and work towards targets.
