Sales Advisor (Hybrid)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Sales Advisor to join a fast‑growing team in Altrincham. The role is hybrid, with three days in the office and two days remote, offering a dynamic environment where ambition is rewarded.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls and handle inbound calls/chats to identify customer needs and generate sales opportunities.
• Clearly explain products, pricing and promotions to secure sales.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of new business opportunities.
• Collaborate with the team to maximise results and ensure compliance with GDPR and internal standards.
• Keep systems, reports and records accurate and up to date.
• Develop internal relationships and contribute to continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Proven experience in a customer‑facing or telesales environment.
• Strong communication skills with a proactive, positive and resilient mindset.
• Excellent organisational abilities and attention to detail.
• Desire to learn, grow and build a career in sales.

What we offer

• Salary £28,000 per year plus OTE up to £46,000.
• Hybrid working (3 days office, 2 days home).
• Full‑time contract, 37.5 hours per week (Mon‑Thu 11:00‑19:30, Fri 10:00‑15:30).
