Sales Advisor

About the role

We are looking for enthusiastic Sales Advisors to join our busy team in central Bristol. You will help prospective university students find suitable accommodation across the UK, working in a fast‑paced, hybrid environment.

Key responsibilities

• Contact prospective students via phone, email and live‑chat to discuss accommodation options.
• Explain the features, benefits and pricing of various student housing properties.
• Build rapport and provide a positive, informative experience throughout the enquiry process.
• Support students in selecting the accommodation that best fits their needs.
• Meet individual and team performance targets, with the opportunity to earn commission.
• Work a rotating shift schedule, including one weekend out of every two, with hybrid working after initial training.

Required profile

• Excellent communication and customer‑service skills.
• Confident speaking with customers over the phone and in written channels.
• A positive, approachable and professional manner.
• Previous experience in sales, customer service, retail, hospitality or contact‑centre environments is advantageous.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

What we offer

• Hourly rate of £13.50 plus commission.
• Hybrid working model after training.
• Fixed‑term contract running from 20 July to early October.
• Shift patterns covering 8 am–4 pm, 10 am–6 pm or 12 pm–8 pm.
