Sales Advisor

About the role

A well-established professional services organisation, working with businesses across a range of sectors, is seeking a confident, customer-focused Sales Advisor to join its growing team in Kingston upon Thames. The role builds client-facing, communication and commercial skills in a supportive environment, with long-term progression opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain positive relationships with prospective and existing clients
• Follow up enquiries and identify opportunities to support business growth
• Conduct telephone and virtual meetings to understand client requirements
• Prepare proposals, quotations and client documentation
• Manage and update CRM records and sales activity
• Support the sales process from initial enquiry through to completion
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
• Assist with client communications, marketing initiatives and business development
• Maintain regular contact with clients and identify opportunities for repeat business

Required profile

• Previous experience in customer service, sales support, administration or a client-facing role
• Strong communication skills, including speaking to clients by telephone, video call and email
• Commercial awareness and interest in a career in sales and account management
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
• Positive, proactive and self-motivated approach; previous sales experience is not essential

Required skills

• Comfortable using Microsoft Office applications and CRM systems
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities

What we offer

• Salary of £26,000 per annum plus bonus (OTE £36,000)
• Hybrid working: Monday to Thursday in the office, Friday from home
