About the role
Join EE’s lively Truro contact centre as a Sales Advisor. You’ll handle inbound calls from existing customers, helping them discover the best phone, broadband and tech deals while earning uncapped commission.
Key responsibilities
- Take inbound calls from existing EE customers.
- Advise customers on phone, broadband and other technology products.
- Match customer needs with the most suitable deals.
- Provide clear information, resolve queries and ensure a positive experience.
Required profile
- Outgoing, energetic and enjoys talking to people.
- Strong listening skills and clear communication.
- Comfortable working in a target‑driven environment.
- Available for the 16:45‑21:00 shift, Monday‑Friday.
