Sales Advisor – Uncapped Commission (Part‑Time)

About the role

Join EE’s lively Truro contact centre as a part‑time Sales Advisor. You’ll handle inbound calls from existing customers, helping them choose the best phone, broadband or tech product for their needs while earning uncapped commission.

Key responsibilities

• Answer incoming customer calls and provide tailored advice on EE products.
• Identify customer requirements and match them with the most suitable deals.
• Explain features, pricing and promotions clearly and accurately.
• Maintain a high level of service quality and meet sales targets.

Required profile

• Outgoing, energetic and comfortable speaking with people.
• Previous experience in retail, hospitality or customer‑facing roles.
• Enjoys a competitive environment and meeting targets.
• Resourceful problem‑solver who can think on their feet.
