Sales and Customer Service Team Leader

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Sales and Customer Service Team Leader to manage two front‑line teams across our Godalming and Oxted sites. The role combines driving new‑business sales, delivering high‑quality client service, and ensuring operational compliance within a regulated environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and motivate two teams (approximately 10 members) to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Maintain high standards of operational efficiency and service delivery.
• Coach, support and develop team members, fostering a positive and inclusive culture.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
• Contribute to the senior leadership team with insights and strategic input.

Required profile

• Minimum three years’ experience managing teams.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.
• Coaching mindset with a “can‑do” attitude.
• High level of discretion, professionalism and a full UK driving licence.

• Competitive salary between £45,000 and £50,000 per year.
• Full‑time, office‑based role (37.5 hrs per week) with occasional travel to Oxted.
