Sales and Logistics Coordinator

About the role

As a Sales and Logistics Coordinator you will be the primary operational contact for a portfolio of clients, ensuring smooth communication and delivery of outsourced order fulfilment services. You will work closely with internal teams to resolve issues, manage accounts and maintain high client satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for client enquiries via phone and email.
• Resolve day‑to‑day operational issues and troubleshoot problems efficiently.
• Coordinate service delivery with clients, warehouse operations, carriers and other internal departments.
• Maintain proactive communication, share reports and updates, and manage client accounts.
• Use ticketing systems to track queries and meet agreed SLA targets.
• Oversee billing for services, including carriage and bookings.
• Escalate and resolve complaints promptly, contributing to continuous improvement.
• Monitor and report on operational KPIs and service metrics.
• Support the Corporate Account Management team with relevant insights.

Required profile

• Proven experience in logistics, fulfilment or a client‑facing operational role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.
• Proactive mindset with a collaborative team approach.
