Sales and Marketing Administrator

About the role

Voyageur Publishing and Events is looking for a proactive Sales and Marketing Administrator to support its sales and marketing teams. You will help drive advertising revenue and boost conference attendance while ensuring smooth administrative processes.

Key responsibilities

• Chase and manage monthly artwork and advertorial submissions to meet publication deadlines.
• Create detailed exhibitor lists for upcoming events and coordinate event logistics.
• Track industry trends and rival publications to keep the team informed.
• Maintain digital supplier directories and keep subscription lists up‑to‑date.
• Research and introduce new companies to our publications and events.
• Organise magazine shipping, monthly distribution logistics, and website advertising placement.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year experience in a marketing or administration role.
• Highly organised with strong time‑management and prioritisation abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and a keen eye for detail.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines in a fast‑moving environment.
• Proactive mindset with a focus on process improvement.

What we offer

• Salary £26,000 – £28,000 per year.
