Sales and Marketing Coordinator

About the role

Artic Building Services Ltd, a recognised leader in M&E and Facilities Management with a strong base of commercial and public blue-chip clients, is looking for a focused and disciplined Sales and Marketing Coordinator in Dartford. The role reports to the Marketing Manager and supports the wider team by producing accurate marketing material and handling administration. Hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm, starting as soon as possible on a permanent basis.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor contracts advance and notices from public sector portals to spot new opportunities and share them with the Senior Bid Manager.
• Handle external enquiries from the website and elsewhere, manage escalations and make initial contact with potential customers.
• Undertake administration supporting sales and bid functions, and help with internal communications and engagement.
• Support marketing activities, events, content and campaign coordination, and liaise across departments.
• Update the website and social channels.
• Maintain HubSpot CRM accurately to support pipeline management and internal reporting.

Required profile

• A level qualification or above.
• Experience in a commercial or office environment.
• Previous experience is preferable but not essential; self-discipline and the ability to deliver consistently to a high standard are important.
• Ability to communicate across all levels of the business and with external customers.

Required skills

• Microsoft Office and wider IT packages.
• HubSpot CRM.
• Desirable: Adobe InDesign, Canva, WordPress and knowledge of sales, procurement and B2B marketing cycles.
