About the role

Flora Dental Lab is seeking a dynamic Sales and Marketing Executive to drive B2B growth, promote training courses, and represent the company at dental conferences. You will play a pivotal role in expanding the client base and strengthening market presence.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute B2B sales strategies to meet growth targets.
• Conduct market research and analyse industry trends for new opportunities.
• Promote in‑person training courses and represent the business at major dental events.
• Build and maintain relationships with existing clients while generating new leads.
• Use Pipedrive CRM to manage data, track activities, and produce performance reports.
• Collaborate with marketing to create campaigns that boost brand awareness.
• Prepare tailored proposals, deliver presentations, and negotiate agreements.
• Monitor competitor activity and provide market insights.
• Visit clients on‑site as required.

Required profile

• Proven B2B sales experience with a record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Strong analytical ability to interpret market data and sales metrics.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Highly organised, able to work independently and within a team.
• Adaptable to changing market conditions and customer needs.
• Willingness to travel for client visits.
