Sales and Marketing Executive

About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Sales and Marketing Executive to help grow our client’s business in Guildford. You will combine proactive business development with creative marketing initiatives to generate new opportunities and convert prospects into long‑term customers.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and generate new business opportunities through outbound sales, networking, referrals, social media and digital channels.
• Engage key decision‑makers, qualify prospects and manage the sales cycle using the company’s CRM.
• Arrange discovery meetings, product demos and presentations; produce tailored quotations and proposals.
• Negotiate pricing and contract terms to secure new business.
• Develop and run lead‑generation campaigns via email, LinkedIn and other digital platforms.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional content, case studies and success stories.
• Maintain the company’s social‑media presence, support website updates and SEO improvements.
• Monitor campaign performance with analytics and recommend optimisation.
• Prepare regular reports on pipeline performance, forecasts and conversion rates.

Required profile

• Graduate in Marketing, Business or a related field (preferred).
• Passionate about sales, digital design and technology.
• Confident, self‑motivated and strong communicator.
• Excellent attention to detail.

Required skills

• Experience using a CRM system.
• Knowledge of SEO principles.
