Sales and Technical Support

About the role

We are seeking a Sales and Technical Support professional to assist our technical sales team in a growing manufacturing business in Cheshire. The role involves conducting market outreach, scheduling site visits and ensuring our products are used correctly to reduce manufacturing downtime.

Key responsibilities

• Contact key accounts and new prospects to identify operational issues and arrange site visits for the sales team.
• Make high‑volume outbound calls to introduce the product range and generate interest.
• Log call notes and client information accurately in the CRM system.
• Maintain regular contact with customers to build long‑term commercial relationships.

Required profile

• Experience in telesales, telemarketing or internal sales, or a chemical/STEM background looking to move into a commercial role.
• Comfortable making a high volume of daily outbound calls.
• Permanent right to work in the UK (no visa sponsorship).

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM software.
• Strong record‑keeping and attention to detail.
• Good ICT literacy, including Microsoft Office.
