About the role

Join Le Creuset’s vibrant retail team at Cheshire Oaks as a Sales Assistant – Keyholder. You will be the welcoming face of the store, helping customers discover premium cookware, providing product advice, and ensuring the shop looks inviting throughout each shift.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver friendly, knowledgeable customer service and advise shoppers on the cookware range.
• Drive sales through product demonstrations, upselling and meeting daily targets.
• Maintain up‑to‑date product knowledge and stay informed on promotions.
• Keep the store visually appealing by merchandising displays and ensuring cleanliness.
• Manage inventory tasks such as unpacking deliveries, stocking shelves and monitoring stock levels.
• Handle cash transactions accurately and perform end‑of‑day cash‑up procedures.
• Open and close the store as a keyholder, ensuring security and readiness for the next day.
• Collect customer feedback and support occasional special projects.
