Sales Assistant – Part‑time (Cambridge)

About the role

UNIQLO is opening a new store in Cambridge and is looking for enthusiastic part‑time Sales Assistants to join the team. You will be the face of the brand, helping customers discover our LifeWear collection while delivering a friendly and efficient shopping experience.

Key responsibilities

• Customer Service – greet shoppers, answer queries, and provide personalised assistance throughout the store.
• Sales Floor Excellence – keep the shop tidy, well‑stocked and visually appealing.
• Sales & Inventory Management – monitor product reactions, suggest visual adjustments and maintain appropriate stock levels.
• Team Collaboration – support colleagues and contribute to a positive, united work environment.
• Sustainability – promote recycling programmes, repair services and community activities.
• Retail Technology – assist with content creation for social media, styling apps or livestreams when required.

• Partner in Management – offers fresh ideas, relays customer feedback and helps drive sales.
• Retail Specialist – builds strong product knowledge and manages day‑to‑day store operations.
