Sales Associate

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Sales Associate to join our Oxford office and support our property sales team. You will work closely with experienced colleagues, develop strong client relationships, and contribute to the continued success of one of England’s oldest estate agencies.

Key responsibilities

• Meet and register new applicants.
• Maintain regular contact with vendors and applicants, recording all correspondence.
• Build goodwill, trust and long‑lasting relationships with clients.
• Arrange, organise and conduct property viewings.
• Negotiate offers on behalf of clients.
• Develop an in‑depth understanding of the local market.
• Collaborate with the Manager to identify new business opportunities.
• Achieve daily and weekly sales targets.
• Work collaboratively across departments and refer business where appropriate.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong rapport‑building skills and capacity to develop long‑standing relationships.
• Resilience under pressure in a fast‑changing environment.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Full, clean driving licence.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
• Experience using Outlook.
