Sales Associate – Levi's Outlet Store

About the role

We are seeking a Sales Associate for our Levi’s® Outlet Store in Leeds, AL. The role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service, driving sales, and maintaining the store’s visual standards while representing the Levi’s heritage.

Key responsibilities

• Demonstrate thorough knowledge of Levi’s history, heritage and product range.
• Provide outstanding customer service using the 3C’s: Connect, Consult & Close.
• Achieve daily individual and store sales targets.
• Follow cash‑handling, security, safety and loss‑prevention procedures.
• Assist stock associates with merchandise replenishment, security tagging and pricing.
• Maintain store appearance according to visual presentation standards.
• Execute rapid floor refill using RFID‑enabled inventory processes.
• Utilise basic technology tools, including iOS devices and troubleshooting.

Required profile

• Flexible schedule availability, including evenings and weekends.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lb and stand, walk, squat, bend for extended periods.
• Minimum 1 year of customer‑service experience (preferred).
• High school diploma or GED (preferred).
• Structured, organized, methodical, consistent and adaptable.

Required skills

• Familiarity with iOS devices.
• Basic device troubleshooting.
• Understanding of RFID inventory processes.
