Sales Associate – Retail Fashion

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Sales Associate to join our Bristol store and act as a true Brand Ambassador. You will deliver an exceptional in‑store experience, guiding customers through our menswear and tailoring services while driving sales.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and engage customers, offering bespoke styling advice and promoting our hire, custom‑made, retail, alterations, and ship‑from‑store services.
• Achieve personal and store KPIs by maximising sales opportunities and upselling where appropriate.
• Maintain strong product knowledge across all service lines and use it to tailor the customer journey.
• Support store management with stockroom duties, deliveries, and cash/stock control procedures.
• Manage appointments through the designated platform, ensuring customers are contacted and records are accurate.

Required profile

• Enthusiastic brand ambassador with a passion for customer service excellence.
• Hard‑working, dedicated and able to quickly identify customer needs.
• Collaborative team player who embraces agility and creativity.

Required skills

• POS Systems – familiarity with cash tills, credit‑card processing and inventory management.
• Basic product knowledge of menswear and tailoring services.
