Sales Associate – Retail (Part‑time)

About the role

Join the TK Maxx team in Worthing as a Sales Associate, working 24 hours per week in a vibrant, customer‑focused environment. You will help create a welcoming atmosphere for shoppers while developing retail skills and gaining experience in a leading off‑price retailer.

Key responsibilities

• Greet customers with a friendly attitude and assist them throughout their shopping journey.
• Operate the cash register, handle transactions, and ensure accurate checkout procedures.
• Maintain fitting rooms, stock shelves, and keep the sales floor tidy and well‑presented.
• Support back‑room activities such as receiving merchandise, organizing stock, and replenishing the floor.
• Participate in training and development programs to build product knowledge and sales techniques.
