Sales Business Development Manager – Integrated Fire & Security

About the role

We are seeking a Sales Business Development Manager to lead the acquisition of high‑value integrated fire and security projects across the South of the UK. You will focus on commercial sites, critical national infrastructure and large‑scale multi‑site installations, building long‑term relationships with clients and partners.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities for integrated security and fire alarm solutions.
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to contract negotiation for projects valued at £600k+.
• Develop and maintain a dedicated support team to deliver proposals and technical presentations.
• Collaborate with consultants, contractors, facilities managers and end‑users to understand requirements and tailor solutions.
• Achieve sales targets, aiming to exceed £1 million in annual system sales.

Required profile

• Proven experience selling integrated security and fire alarm systems on commercial or CNI projects.
• Track record of handling high‑value contracts (minimum £600k sales history).
• Familiarity with BAFE, NSI, SSAIB or FIA accredited environments is desirable.
• Strong understanding of the South East UK market and client landscape.
