Sales Consultant – Car Retail (Warrington)

About the role

Arnold Clark is seeking an enthusiastic Sales Consultant to join our Warrington branch. You will act as a Product Consultant, guiding customers through the car buying journey and delivering a premium after‑sales experience.

Key responsibilities

• Assist customers in selecting the right vehicle based on their needs.
• Provide 5‑star service, going the extra mile for every visitor.
• Build and maintain lasting relationships throughout the sales process.
• Present finance, servicing and other sales packages with integrity.
• Coordinate vehicle orders and deliveries to ensure smooth operations.
• Meet monthly sales targets and uphold customer experience standards.
• Collaborate with the team to meet deadlines and deliver on promises.

Required skills

What we offer

• Base salary £25,500 (or £23,500 with company car) plus commission.
• On‑target earnings of £40,000‑£45,000 with uncapped potential.
