Sales Consultant – Enrol Students in Training Courses

About the role

As a Training Sales Consultant you will be responsible for enrolling prospective students onto Harriet Ellis training courses. You will work with leads generated from job boards, social media, email marketing, inbound calls and referrals, guiding them through the decision‑making process.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls, email enquiries and referrals daily to close sales opportunities.
• Provide detailed information on course offerings, entry requirements, fees and payment options.
• Maintain up‑to‑date product knowledge to match customer needs.
• Build trusted relationships with prospects and enrolled students.
• Place job adverts on relevant job boards following brand guidelines.
• Conduct literacy tests, set up Direct Debit mandates and ensure students sign the terms and conditions.
• Schedule and conduct pre‑course check‑in calls with new students.

Required profile

• Hard‑working and driven with strong organisational abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize workload.
• Personable, charismatic and outgoing.
• Minimum GCSEs (grade C/4) in English and Maths.

Required skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

• Base salary plus commission.

• Working hours: Mon 9‑6, Tue 11‑8, Wed 9‑6, Thu 11‑8, Fri 9‑4.
