Sales Consultant – Luxury Retail (Cheltenham)

About the role

Join Molton Brown’s Cheltenham store as a Sales Consultant on a 9‑month fixed‑term contract, working 11 hours per week. You will be the face of the brand, guiding customers through a world of fragrance, body care and home scenting, and helping them find products that fit their lifestyle.

Key responsibilities

• Provide personalised, high‑quality advice to every customer.
• Support the store’s commercial and operational goals.
• Achieve daily and weekly sales targets.
• Maintain visual standards and product knowledge.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure a seamless customer experience.
