Sales Consultant – Retail Customer Service

About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Sales Consultant to join a well‑established retail business in Barking. You will be the first point of contact for customers, creating a welcoming atmosphere and helping them find the right products and services.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service and make a positive first impression.
• Build rapport with customers and confidently recommend suitable products.
• Process enquiries, bookings and transactions accurately.
• Support the team in meeting sales and service targets.
• Maintain a clean, organised and inviting store environment.
• Assist with day‑to‑day branch operations and help colleagues as needed.
