Sales Consultant – SaaS & Business Solutions

About the role

The Sales Consultant will turn qualified opportunities into satisfied customers, guiding prospects from discovery through proposal, closing and handover to the Projects team. You will work with a pipeline largely supplied by Business Development while also identifying new opportunities as needed.

Key responsibilities

• Manage qualified sales opportunities from discovery to contract completion and project handover.
• Conduct detailed discovery and qualification meetings using methodologies such as BANT.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels, acting as a trusted advisor.
• Deliver consultative product demonstrations and solution presentations tailored to each customer.
• Recommend appropriate software and service solutions based on business challenges and growth plans.
• Create proposals, negotiate commercial agreements and close new business.
• Identify additional sales opportunities through networking, referrals and proactive prospecting.
• Collaborate with Business Development, Marketing and Project Delivery teams to ensure an exceptional customer experience.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a consultative B2B sales role, preferably within SaaS, ERP, business software or digital solutions.
• Strong commercial awareness and ability to understand business processes.
• Excellent questioning, listening and relationship‑building skills.
• Proven track record of managing opportunities through a full sales cycle.
