Sales Consultant – Showroom

About the role
Join the Doncaster showroom team as a Sales Consultant, where you will engage directly with clients, understand their design needs and guide them to the perfect tile, kitchen or bath solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Greet clients upon entry and provide a warm, professional welcome.
- Recommend suitable product ranges based on client specifications, dimensions and budget.
- Prepare detailed and accurate quotations within agreed timeframes.
- Process payments, including cash and card transactions, and issue receipts.
- Answer telephone enquiries and resolve client queries.
- Follow the established sales process from initial contact to final sale.
Required profile
- Excellent people skills and a smart personal appearance.
- Clear, positive communicator with strong negotiation and influencing abilities.
- Relevant experience in face‑to‑face customer sales or demonstrable aptitude for the role.
