Sales Consultant – Specialist Hygiene Solutions

About the role

Rentokil Initial is looking for a motivated Sales Consultant to join its specialist hygiene team covering Bournemouth, Southampton and surrounding areas. You will work in the field, managing your own schedule while delivering tailored hygiene solutions to both new and existing customers.

Key responsibilities

• Visit customers on site to conduct surveys, propose treatment plans and provide pricing.
• Generate and develop leads independently and in collaboration with colleagues.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal teams.
• Deliver excellent customer service and identify upsell opportunities.
• Achieve set KPIs and sales targets.

Required profile

• Full UK driving licence held for at least two years with no more than six penalty points.
• Self‑motivated, target‑driven and able to solve problems on the spot.
• Strong communication and customer‑service skills.
• Experience in retail or sales is advantageous.
• Willingness to undergo a DBS check if required.
