Sales Coordinator - Architecture

About the role

The Locker Group is seeking a proactive Sales Coordinator to support its Architectural sales team. You will work from our Warrington office, handling enquiries and assisting with new business opportunities in the wire‑mesh sector.

Key responsibilities

• Handle customer and supplier enquiries
• Support new business, projects and leads
• Provide costings, quotations and technical advice (training provided)
• Process repeat orders and raise sales/works orders
• Maintain samples, stock and project registers
• Help update sales forecasts and key accounts

Required profile

• Strong communication and numerical skills
• Solid MS Office proficiency (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Sales administration experience, preferably in engineering or architecture
• Well‑organised, accurate and able to work independently
• Friendly, professional and calm under pressure

Required skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
• Experience with Sage (preferred)
