Sales Coordinator – Customer-Focused Role in Brighton

About the role

We are looking for a highly organised Sales Coordinator to join a growing telecommunications provider in central Brighton. The role supports both direct and wholesale sales channels, ensuring customers receive exceptional service while providing vital administrative assistance to the sales team.

Key responsibilities

• Book and coordinate meetings for the sales team.
• Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate customer data.
• Answer inbound sales enquiries and direct customers appropriately.
• Prepare and issue basic quotations.
• Support customers with queries on products, pricing, contracts and services.
• Provide administrative support across wholesale and direct sales channels.
• Liaise with internal departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Manage sales documentation and contract administration.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a sales coordination, sales support or customer service role.
• Strong organisational and administrative abilities.
• Excellent communication skills and a professional telephone manner.
• Customer‑focused approach with great attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy environment.
• Eligibility to work in the UK.
