Sales Coordinator – Electrical Wholesale

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Sales Coordinator to join our growing electrical wholesale business in Runcorn. The role sits at the heart of the sales operation, managing customer relationships and coordinating the end‑to‑end sales process.

Key responsibilities

• Process sales quotations, orders and purchase orders efficiently.
• Manage and develop assigned customer accounts.
• Proactively follow up on quotations to win business.
• Expedite orders and resolve queries with customers and suppliers.
• Handle returns and non‑conformances according to procedures.
• Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date CRM records.
• Support Business Development Managers and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a wholesale environment (essential).
• Sales‑driven and ambitious mindset with a proactive approach.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building abilities.
• Highly organised with excellent time‑management skills.
• Self‑starter who thrives in a fast‑paced environment.
