Sales Coordinator

About the role

We are looking for an organised, customer‑focused Sales Coordinator to join our busy commercial team in Tadley. You will act as the main point of contact for order enquiries, pricing, stock availability and after‑sales support, ensuring a smooth experience for our customers from order receipt to delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Coordinate orders from confirmation through to delivery.
• Keep customers informed of order progress and delivery updates.
• Respond to pricing, stock and product enquiries.
• Resolve delivery, invoice and after‑sales queries.
• Raise credit notes where appropriate.
• Build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure high‑standard administration.
• Support the wider commercial team to deliver excellent customer service.

Required profile

• Previous experience in customer service, sales support, order processing or administration.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organisational ability with capacity to manage multiple priorities.
• Great attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proactive problem‑solving approach.
• A driving licence and car due to the company location.

Required skills

• Proficient use of Microsoft Outlook and Excel.
• Experience with ERP or CRM systems.
