Sales Coordinator

About the role

Join a growing business within a friendly and dynamic team as a Sales Coordinator. You will manage customer interactions, process quotes and orders, and help deliver a high‑quality customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Process quotes and orders through multiple channels efficiently.
• Upsell and cross‑sell where appropriate.
• Support tender quote input and manage the sales inbox.
• Proactively escalate issues and manage customer expectations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
• Handle calls and enquiries in line with service level agreements.
• Follow up on quotes, contact customers for queries, and ensure accuracy.
• Assist other sales areas and ensure smooth handover of after‑sales queries.
• Contribute to improving the quote‑to‑order conversion rate.

Required profile

• Experience in a fast‑paced customer service environment.
• Strong communication and listening abilities.
• Professional telephone manner and meticulous order‑processing skills.
• Desirable: knowledge of the plumbing industry or related technical experience.
• Desirable: familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
• Desirable: experience in proactive calling.
